LPR SUCCESSES

The LPR (License Plate Recognition cameras) User Group is a collaboration between local neighbourhood watches, CIDs, the City, Law enforcement, and security services. Your contributions to OH Watch have helped fund this effective crime combatting network in our neighbourhood, resulting in:

• 125 ARRESTS                                                                
• 35 STOLEN & HIJACKED VEHICLES RECOVERED       
• 3 FIREARMS CONFISCATED

Over the past 8 weeks The LPR User Group has effected the above with criminal charges ranging from theft to burglary, theft of motor vehicle, robbery, armed robbery, house robbery, hijacking and other serious crimes.

To improve this network we want to add 3 more OH Watch LPR camers in our neighbourhood. This will cost R150 00.
